Frequently Asked Questions!
What happens if it rains?? On the morning of your shoot, we’ll decide whether or not we should reschedule based on weather! I almost never trust weather apps more than a couple days out; if it is rainy on your session date, we’ll find another date that works for both of us! I leave plenty of reschedule dates open and have always been able to reschedule without a problem on either end.
How quickly will I get my photos?? Within a few days of the session, I always send a few previews from your session. I promise to get the rest of your photos back within two weeks!!
Where do I find my photos?? I will send you the link to a personalized gallery with all of your photos on it! If you want me to password lock your gallery, just let me know.
Do I get to keep the digital files?? Yes! You have full downloading and printing rights included on every photo, so you can download and keep them all forever!!!
How do I print the photos?? You can print them straight through the gallery and they’ll be delivered to your door within a week. I’ve tried just about every printing company and only use the highest quality prints; you can order anything from wallet sized to huge canvas prints, whatever you and your family want! Additionally, 25% of all proceeds from printing goes to the Detroit Black Farmer Land Fund, which is an organization working to purchase and give land to black farmers in Detroit who have plans to grow food for their communities.
Can I wear more than one outfit?? In individual sessions, 1-2 outfits is usually perfect for the amount of time we have. Keep in mind that if buildings are closed, you may have to change somewhere on campus! In group sessions, I recommend that everyone sticks with one outfit so that things run smoothly and we can spend more time taking photos than wasting time changing! If everyone in the group wants to do two outfits, you’re welcome to upgrade your session and add a little extra time so that everyone gets a few more photos and an extra outfit or extra location!
How do I pay you?? You can pay me via venmo or cash! Usually people will bring payment to the session and pay at the end of the session.
